We support  individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve  full inclusion and participation in the community by helping them attain independence, choice and control over their own lives through person-centered service planning and delivery.

Arthritis, physical disabilities, age-related conditions, among others,  are some the circumstances that prevent individuals from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.

  Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to our residents. We work with community partners and groups to provide them support toward becoming independent, taking control of their well-being and living happy and fulfilling lives.
